Luigi Filippini is a businessman specialized in the starting up of new technology companies, who has gathered a large experience as a manager in internet and telecommunication companies. He was founder and managing director of Energ.it, multi-utility company handed over to Atel Group AG in 2006. He covered the position of COO at Tiscali Spa, up to 2000, where he also covered a prime role in the company quotation in the Italian stock exchange. Prior to Tiscali he held key positions in Telecom Italia, Video online and the research centre CRS4. He took an engineering degree at the University of Pisa.

Administration and Back-Office Manager
Mirna Muscas gained a strong experience in different areas, ranging from administration to customer care management, in hi-tech companies focused on rapid growth and great attention to customers. In Hosteras since its foundation, she previously worked in Energ.it, multiutility company part of the Atel AG group. Mirna has a degree in Business and Administration at the University of Cagliari where she also took a Master Degree in Company Administration.
