Sea Villas  

The Sea Villas Residence is a recently built residence on the top of a hill overlooking the sea and at about 8 km from Stintino, an old fisher village, famous for its beautiful beach “La Pelosa”. In the centre of Stintino you will find everything you need for shopping: crafts, gifts, etc. Restaurants, Bars, pizzerias, discos and pubs are also available.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In caso di cancellazione della prenotazione entro 21 giorni dal check-in non verrà applicata alcuna penale. Per le cancellazioni che vengono effettuate dopo tale termine verrà applicata una penale pari al 30% dell'importo totale della prenotazione. No-show o partenze anticipate penale del 100%

COMPULSORY ADDITIONAL COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:

- Weekly forfait Euro 40,00 per person; children 3/12 years Euro 20,00 including electricity, water, gas, bed linen;

- Check-out cleaning Villa 4 Euro 60,00; Villa 6 Euro 75,00; VILLA 8 Euro 90,00 kitchenette is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 50,00 will be applied;

- Comfort Card (from 09/06 to 08/09) Villa 4/Villa 4 IN Euro 50,00; Villa 6 IN and Villa 6 ESC Euro 70,00; Villa 8 ESC Euro 90,00 per apartment per stay. It includes 'Beach Set' 1 sun-umbrella, 2 beach towels, 2 deskchairs available to guests for the whole stay; 'Welcome Breakfast' (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, toasted bread); 'SPORTS' (pool with swimming lessons for children and aqua-gym); 'Courtesy Kit' (bath amenities); excursions booking and car/motorcycles rental upon payment;

- Refundable damage deposit Euro 150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests' home address.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request when booking):

- Bed and bath linen: Towels Euro 10,00 per pax per change; bed linen Euro 10,00 per pax per change;

- Portable Air Conditioning Euros 80,00 per week.

- Daily maid service Euro 15,00 per day Villa 4 and Villa 4 In; Euro 25,00 Villa 6 and Villa 8;

- Beach Kit from 31/03 to 09/06 and from 08/09 to 20/10 Euro 20,00 per apartment;

- Baby cot Euro 35,00 per week;

- Additional bed Euro 50,00 for periods from  31/03 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 20/10; Euro 70,00 for the other periods;

- Pets: Small pets admitted, but not allowed to the beach and common areas. Euro 40,00 surcharge for extra cleaning.

- Transfer Apt/Alghero Euro 40,00 per pax (min. 2 people). Harbor/Porto Torres Euro 25,00 per pax (min 2 people). From h. 22:00 to h. 6:00 a supplement of 20% will be applied. Prices are per each way;

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays or Tuesdays (SAT/SAT or TUE/TUE or SAT/TUE or TUE/SAT). From 31/03 to 09/06 and from 15/09 to 20/10 free stays with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Sea Villas Residence is in Località Torrione at about 8 Km from the tourist resort of Stintino.

From Alghero: drive on SP42 direction Porto Torres for about 25 km. Once at the roundabout take the fourth exit and continue on SP34 following directions to Stintino.
