Hotel Garden Beach  

Hotel Garden Beach is a beach resort located in Castiadas, near the town of Villasimius in the south east coast of Sardinia. A tropical-lines tourist resort in a setting rich in greenery, relaxing landscapes and clear sea. The resort is located right in front of a beautiful beach of fine white sand. Hotel Garden Beach, recently built, has its feathers in the cap in the location and the service, attentive and always well-appointed.
Restaurant “La Bahia”: main Restaurant of the hotel, offers a full breakfast 7:30 am to 10:00 am for all guests with an exclusive buffet with a wide choice of sweet and salty specialties. At midday from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm on the same table you will find our buffet with a rich choice of many proposals for everyone. At evening from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm you will find a great International Buffet with wide selection of appetizers, salads, fruit, first and second courses, cakes and ice cream. Drinks not included.
Restaurant “Sunset Lounge”: situated in the characteristic wooden kiosk by the sea, in the evening from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm in a highly suggestive atmosphere by candlelight, we propose menu à la carte and a menu of the day with table service for a unique evening. Drinks not included.
"American Bar" from 10:00 am to 1:00 am: located close to the splendid swimming pool, offers a wide choice of food, drinks and cocktails.
"Beach Bar" from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm: Bar and Snack Bar on the beach serving salads, sandwiches, pizza, hot first courses, fruit, ice cream and dessert.
Opening season: 28 May - 9 October. A minimum stay of 7 nights from 25/06 to 02/09 and of 3 nights in the other seasons i requested. Arrival-and departure day is free to choose.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card.Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.

Child Policy

Children reduction when sharing the room with two adults (in Prestige Family Room):

- Reduction 3° bed children 2-14 years not completed: free from 28/05 to 17/06 and from 17/09 to 09/10 and reduction of 50% on adult's rate in the others seasons.

- Fixed rate 4° bed children 2-14 years not completed (with 4° bed as bunk bed): free from 28/05 to 10/06 and from 17/09 to 09/10; Euro 30,00 per day from 11/06 to 05/08 and from 20/08 to 16/09; Euro 50,00 per day from 06/08 to 19/08.

Third bed reduction for adults from 14 years up and/or 4° bed children 2-14 years not completed (in Classic Family Room):

-Reduction of 20% on the adult's rate in every season

- Reduction 4° bed children 2-14 years not completed (with 4° bed as bunk bed): free from 28/05 to 10/06 and from 17/09 to 09/10; Euro 30,00 per day from 11/06 to 05/08 and from 20/08 to 17/09; Euro 50,00 per day from 06/08 to 19/08
 

ON REQUEST:

- Cot for children 0-2 years not completed (to pay in property): free from 28/05 to 10/06 and from 17/09 to 09/10; Euro 20,00 per day in the others seasons

- Reduction for 1 child 2-14 years not completed sharing a room with 1 adult: reduction of 50% on adult's rate from 28/05 to 10/06 and from 17/09 to 09/10;  reduction of 20% on adult's rate in the other seasons.

 

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

Obligatory Club Card from 26/05 to 22/09:

- Euro 42,00 for adults per week

- Euro 28,00 for children 4/14 years not completed per week

- Free for children under 4 years
