The B&B "Santa Lucia" is situated in the province of Ogliastra, it offers to its visitors a welcoming environment, with a spacious living room with fireplace, which make a quiet and suggestive atmosphere. The B&B has 3 rooms, of which two twins room (or double rooms) and one single room, with shared bathroom. The B&B also has a TV set and a kitchenette at guests disposal.

Payment Policy
10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The B&B is situated in Osini, in the province of Ogliastra a few steps from the nature and only 20 km far from the sea, it offers the best conforts and the fervour of people from a small town in the Sardinian mountains. From Cagliari: drive on SS554 and follow directions to Tortoli/Arbatax. Continue on SS125 for about 100 km, then cross the towns of Jerzu and Ulassai before arriving to Osini.
