B&B Villa Patrizia sul Lago  

The Bed & Breakfast Villa Patrizia sul Lago is a new built villa, which offers 3 beautiful and comfortable Suites with en-suite bathroom, surrounded by the greenery and overlooking the lake of Poggio dei Pini and the Gulf of Cagliari. On their arrival, guests are welcomed in the spacious veranda where, during the summer, breakfast is served; then there is the B&B living room with its nice fireplace and furnished in typical Sardinian style. From the breakfast room, through independent ways, guests can reach the suites. The first room is the ‘Ambra Suite’, on the same floor of the living room, then the ‘Smeralda Suite’ and the ‘Rubinia Suite’, both on the upper floor. Guests have then the possibility to spend some nice time outside, staying in the garden or in the B&B Barbeque Terrace.
Suites Rubinia and Smeralda are bookable on request only.

Payment Policy
10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
