Payment Policy
10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults

-nfant 0-3 years: baby-cot Euro 10 in all seasons.

-Children from 3 years: reduction of 50% on adult's rate in July and August; reduction of 30% on adult's rate in all other seasons.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The B&B Villa Mare e Pineta is located in the residential complex of Mare Pineta, in Santa Margherita di Pula, South West Coast of Sardinia.
From Cagliari: drive on SS 195 direction Pula for about 35 km. At km 32,200 turn on the left.
