Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.

Child Policy
Infants 0-1 year are free of charge if sharing the parents' bed.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Domus de Janas Sul Mare is located in Barisardo, about 34 mt form the wonderful beach of Torre di Barì.
From Olbia: take the SS 131 to Nuoro and keep driving on the SS 125 towards Bari Sardo.
From Cagliari: take the SS 125 towards Muravera and keep driving towards Bari Sardo.
