Arbatax Park Resort - Il Borgo  

The Arbatax Park Resort extends an area of over 60 hectares, on the top of the half Island Bellavista in Arbatax, in a natural environment of incomparable beauty and near the Marine Park of Capo Monte Santo. The renewed property is the first resort with a modern concept of general well-being: the only facility located in a large nature park, the home of plants and animals, typical for the Sardinian flora and fauna and includes a modern SPA & Thalasso center of 2,000 sqm, where water and other applications are the key to your health. The property is divided into three main areas: l'Area Parco (includes the natural and Wildlife Research Park, Spa & Thalasso Spa Center and the great amphitheater Bella Vista). The other areas are: L'Area Cala Moresca and l'Area Telis. In the last two areas there are several residential, recreational, sport facilities and numerous restaurants of the Arbatax Resort. The hotels Monte Turri and Il Borgo are located in the Cala Moresca area and through their entertainment and the type of services these hotels are very suitable for the international clients, while the hotel Il Village, I Villini and I Cottage are better suited for families with children and teenagers. These hotels provide the necessary entertainment and animation.
IL BORGO: It lies right in the middle of Bellavista Natural Park and it looks like a charming ancient Sardinian village replication, perfectly refurbished with authentic building materials. The wide swimming pool is surrounded by the central square which is the heart of the village; here you can enjoy delicious appetizer before having dinner in the main restaurant, comfortably seated in the terrazza above the sea. A panoramic elevator connects the square with the boulevard where you can opt for another swimming pool, a second restaurant and the movie amphitheatre before reaching the wonderful nearby sea. Cala Moresca inlet is from 150 to 300 m far away from the rooms and boasts sandy platforms furnished with solarium, beach umbrellas and sun beds, at guests disposal.
Thanks to the "All Inclusive Light Formula", Il Borgo guests can enjoy their meals in any of the Arbatax Resort restaurants (some of them upon reservation or paying a supplement) as well as many others exclusive services.
Opening season: 30 April – 22 October. This property requires a minimum stay of 4 nights from 30/04 to 04/09, of 2 nights in other seasons.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.

Child Policy


Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

ALL INCLUSIVE LIGHT FORMULA
The All Inclusive Light formula includes:
- Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with drinks at meals (wine, water, soft drinks and beer on tap). Buffet service with wide range of dishes from the local and international cuisine.
- Open bar at all bar points of the Resort (except Bar Rosa) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with coffee, soft drinks on tap, juices, ice tea (not in the bottle).
- Snack/aperitif during the day at fixed hours at the central bars, culinary surprises and midnight happenings.
- A colorful Biberoneria with possibility to prepare by yourself meals for the babies (open at fixed times – bring your own ingredients).
The clients of the Suites, apart from using everything specified in the All Inclusive Light Formula, can have their meals without supplements by Sa Gana Restaurant (upon reservation).
Excluded from the All Inclusive Light Formula: from the Open Bar are excluded beer, wine and alcoholic beverages, international spirits and liqueurs, bottled and canned beverages, ice creams and everything packed. The choice of brands of all beverages being part of the Open Bar is at discretion of the management of the Resort. In some restaurants, the guests will occupy tables up to 4/8 persons (up to complete filling). The access to some restaurants is allowed only upon payment of a charge and reservation.

Borgo Cala Moresca is situated within Arbatax Park Resort, in Arbatax (Tortolì), around 150 km from Olbia and Cagliari.
From Cagliari: drive on SS 125 following direction to Muravera/Tortolì for the main part of your route. Once you arrive in Tortolì follow directions to its marina, Arbatax.
From Olbia: drive on SS 131 DCN following directions to Nuoro/Cagliari for about 50 km; then take the route to Orosei/Dorgali and keep driving on SS125 to Baunei/Tortolì. Once you arrive in Tortolì follow directions to its marina, Arbatax.
