Villas Resort is an elegant, new Hotel located at 400 m from the enchanting Costa Rei beach, a long strip of the finest, white sand and amazing water transparency. Villas Resort is located within a natural beauty environment surrounded by thick Mediterranean bush and a few steps from a Caribbean like beach, easily reachable with a few minutes walk or comfortably by the hotel shuttle bus. The private area of the Villas Resort is fully equipped wiht sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas. complimentary use of beach towels and facilities. Alternatively the Hotel swimming pool is another option for those seeking a more private atmosphere or during windy days.
Villas Resort has a typical stone-made Sardinian architecture, design and colours match perfectly with its surrounding landscape, history and environment. All rooms are beautifully appointed with luxury and modern interior decorations and exclusive facilities. Among the Hotel facilities there is a bar, a restaurant, opposite the swimming pool, serving buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner. A refined Spa, a tennis court and a five-a-side pitch to enjoy sport activities and wellness and beauty treatments.
Opening season: 21 May - 10 October. Hotel Villas Resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights (25 June - 09 September a minimum of 7 nights).

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.

Child Policy


Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

Compulsory Club Card to settle on property from 16st June to 08th September, Euro 35,00 per person per week, Euro 25,00 for children from 4 to 14 years. Children until 4 years free of charge.
