Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The Orlando Resort is located in Villagrande Strisaili, in central-east Sardinia. Those coming from the south should drive along the state road SS 125 direction Tortoli' and then turn towards Lanusei. For those coming from the north it is best to go to Nuoro first and then drive along the SS 389 direction Lanusei.
