Agriturismo Su Leunaxiu  

Su Leunaxiu farmhouse is 15 km from the Sardinian capital Cagliari, from its splendid sea and its most important historical, archeological, cultural, and natural sites.
Agricultural activity privileges olive culture, fruit growing, horticulture and floriculture. Su Leunaxiu gives the opportunity to attend farm activity lessons where to learn how to perform daily operations.
The farm proposes as well as hospitality in independent rooms, typical local meals and the organization and promotion of cultural and recreational activities.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Child Policy

Children up to 3 years are free sharing the bed with their parents. They pay 20% in extra bed.

Children from 3 to 7 years pay 30%, from 7 to 10 years 50%.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy
Cleaning and linen change: The bathroom linen will be changed every 3 days while the bedroom one every 6 days; room cleaning every 6 days. Please notice that in our rooms smoking is not permitted. Meals: It is possible to set on property meals time, that we invite our guests to respect. Check-out within h. 11.00 am

The farmhouse is 15 Km from Cagliari. Leaving from Cagliari, drive on the SS554 and, at the Km 6,00, turn left towards SS387 to Dolianova-Ballao until Km 14,7 where, on the left, you will find our farm.
For those coming from Olbia, drive on the SS131, once in Monastir, turn to the SS 466 to Ussana-Serdiana, which is linked to the SS387. Follow then the directions to Cagliari, until the Km 14,7.
