12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Provincial Road Fenosu Tiria: arriving from Cagliari to Oristano from state highway 131, turn right at the exit-Oristano Fenosu and enter in the Provincial Road Fenosu Tiria.

Simaxis Palmas Tiria crossroad: at Simaxis-Palmas-Tiria crossroad go straight for 1 km to Tiria. Take the first dirt road on the left (heralded by a sign Agriturismo Archelao), go straight for about 1 km and you are arrived.
