Traditional house on two floors: on the groundfloor there are spacious common areas, while on the first floor there are four rooms with two shared bathrooms and an en-suite one. Mrs Maria Serra is very good at making excellent dinners, rich in starters, pasta and roas meat; she only uses natural food, produced by their own farm, which yields vegetables, cereals and wine.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Child Policy
Children aged 0-3 years are free.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Festivity supplement (New Year, Easter, August 15th and so on) on service of half board and full board.

The farmhouse is in the centre of Simaxis, 9 Km. away from Oristano. From Cagliari: drive on SS131 direction Oristano for about 90 km. After Oristano take the exit to Simaxis (SS388).
