Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Take the SS131, exit to Siniscola, then drive towards Lodè. At the crossroads between Lodè and Lula, follow the directions to Lodè, go over the Sant’Anna village centre and keep driving for 2 Km more, until you reach a long rectilinear road: turn then left, following the directions to the farm house.
