The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 30 Sept 2023 until Sat 01 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival.

This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity consumption is charged at EUR 0.30 per kWh.

Please note that you can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The property is not served by public transport, therefore you are advised to travel by private vehicle. Check-in takes place in Piazza Sardegna 18, Costa Rei.

Guests will be taken to the Residence Nidi dei Cormorani after the check in. Early check in and late check out available on request but a surcharge applies.
