The Arbatax Park Resort extends an area of over 60 hectares, on the top of the half Island of Capo Bellavista in Arbatax, in a natural environment of incomparable beauty and near the Marine Park of Capo Monte Santo.
The renewed property is the first resort with a modern concept of general well-being: the only one located in a large nature park, home of plants and animals, typical of the Sardinian flora and fauna and includes a modern SPA & Thalasso center of 2,000 sqm, where water and other applications are the key to your health.
The property is divided into three main areas: Area Parco (includes the natural and Wildlife Research Park, Spa & Thalasso Center and the wide amphitheater Bella Vista), Area Cala Moresca and Area Telis. In the last two areas there are several recreational and sport facilities and numerous restaurants of the Arbatax Resort.
The hotels Monte Turri and Il Borgo Cala Moresca are located in the Area Cala Moresca Area, that for the shape of the territory, the typical buildings, the soft entertainment and the type of services, is really suitable for international guests, while the hotels Ville del Parco, Telis, Dune and Cottage are located in the Area Telis is more suitable for families with children and for young people who love a more involving entertainment. The Executive Suite (Area Telis and Area Cala Moresca), the Villa Bianca (Area Parco) and the Eremi Eco-Luxury (Area Parco) meet the requirements of the most demanding guests, with a high level accomodation.

COTTAGE
The Cottage are located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Resort, close to the sea (from 10 to 100 m.). The rooms (for 2/3/4 people), furnished in a typical Sardinian style and all equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe, TV, telephone and bathroom with hairdryer, overlook the sea or the luxuriant garden, that thins out in patches and makes room for green bits or terraces of white sand. The Cottage and Suite Cottage guests can access to the Relax Pool and to the exclusive restaurant Sa Gana. The can enjoy their meals in any of the Arbatax Resort restaurants (some of them upon reservation and upon payment of a supplement) as well.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 3 years not completed: free of charge in parent's bed;

- Children from 3 to 12 years not completed in third bed: free of charge;

- Children from 3 to 12 years not completed in fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Until 5 days before the arrival: no penalty;

- From 4 to 0 days before the arrival: 50% penalty;

- No-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

Pets: small pets allowed, on request and to notify at booking time, Euro 7,00 per day.

This property requires minimum stays of 2 nights from 06/07 to 02/08 and from 24/08 to 06/09, and minimum stays of 3 nights from 03/08 to 23/08.

Arbatax Park Resort - I Cottage: Location & directions

The Cottage are located into the Arbatax Park Resort, in Arbatax (Tortolì), about 150 km from Olbia and Cagliari.

From Cagliari: drive on SS 125 following the directions to Muravera-Tortolì for the main part of your route. Once you arrive in Tortolì, follow the directions to its marina, Arbatax.

From Olbia: drive on SS 131 DCN following the directions to Nuoro-Cagliari for about 50 km; then take the route to Orosei-Dorgali and keep driving on SS125 to Baunei-Tortolì. Once you arrive in Tortolì, follow the directions to its marina, Arbatax.
