Arbatax Park Resort - Telis, Arbatax, Tortolì

The Arbatax Park Resort extends an area of over 60 hectares, on the top of the half Island of Capo Bellavista in Arbatax, in a natural environment of incomparable beauty and near the Marine Park of Capo Monte Santo.
The renewed property is the first resort with a modern concept of general well-being: the only one located in a large nature park, home of plants and animals, typical of the Sardinian flora and fauna and includes a modern SPA & Thalasso center of 2,000 sqm, where water and other applications are the key to your health.
The property is divided into three main areas: Area Parco (includes the natural and Wildlife Research Park, Spa & Thalasso Center and the wide amphitheater Bella Vista), Area Cala Moresca and Area Telis. In the last two areas there are several recreational and sport facilities and numerous restaurants of the Arbatax Resort.
The hotels Monte Turri and Il Borgo Cala Moresca are located in the Area Cala Moresca Area, that for the shape of the territory, the typical buildings, the soft entertainment and the type of services, is really suitable for international guests, while the hotels Ville del Parco, Telis, Dune and Cottage are located in the Area Telis is more suitable for families with children and for young people who love a more involving entertainment. The Executive Suite (Area Telis and Area Cala Moresca), the Villa Bianca (Area Parco) and the Eremi Eco-Luxury (Area Parco) meet the requirements of the most demanding guests, with a high level accomodation.

TELIS
The Telis area extends into the Parco Bellavista on a wide hill that slopes towards the coastline (from 100 to500 m from the rooms), making the access to the beach fast and easy. The Telis rooms (for 2/3/4 persons) can be on one or two levels, in a typical Mediterranean style, and are surrounded by the vegetation. They are all equipped with air conditioning, minibar, TV, telephone, safe and bathroom with hairdryer. The main square is placed right in the heart of the Village and is a perfect meeting point for all guests, because it is surrounded by the main facilities, pubs and restaurants. The guests of the Telis can enjoy their meals in any restaurant of the Arbatax Resort (some of them upon reservation and upon payment of a supplement).

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Infant from 0 and within 3 years: free of charge with baby-cot to notify at reservation time.
- Children from 3 and within 12 years in third bed: free of charge in all periods.
- Children from 3 and within 12 years in fourth bed: free of charge from 28/04 to 16/06 and from 08/09 to 22/10; 50% reduction in other periods.
- Children from 3 and within 12 years in fifth bed: 50% reduction.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

SILVER CARD:  Euro 5,00 per person per day from 3 years. It includes: welcome drink, use of all pools (except for the pool of Monte Turri reserved for its own guests and the Pool Relax reserved to the guests of the Cottage, Suite and Luxury), supply of beach towels (change on payment of Euro 1,00), daytime and evening entertainment program with games, tournaments, shows and cabaret, cinema under the stars, dancing and piano bar, baby (3-7 years), mini (8-13 years) and junior (14-17 years) clubs, collective free sport lessons, free use of wi-fi in common areas.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

GOLD CARD: (replacing the Silver Card) Euro 15,00 per day per person, excluding children up to 3 years old. It includes the services of the Silver Card, and:
- 15% discount on: entrance to the Thalasso and Spa Centre Bellavista, treatments and massages, restaurants with supplements, Spiaggia Orrì service, the Resort bar service;
- Free use of: (upon reservation) sports fields and courts (except golf court), transport by internal bus, 3 weekly changes of beach towel.

PLATINUM CARD: (replacing the Silver Card) Euro 25,00 per day per person, excluding children up to 3 years old. Includes the services of the Silver Card, and:
- All Inclusive Drinks formula from 10.00 to 24.00 (not bottled soft drinks, national alcoholic beverages, cafeteria), excluding foreign alcoholic beverages and packaged products;
- 30% discount on: treatments and massages at the Thalasso and Spa Centre Bellavista, restaurants with supplements, the Resort bar service;
- Free use of: the sports fields and courst (including golf court) and private sports lessons (in both cases according to availability and reservations are required), use of canoes, transport by internal bus and electric cars (bus stop on request), unlimited access to the Thalasso and Spa Centre Bellavista, Spiaggia Orrì service (reservation required), unlimited changes of beach towel, priority check-in, late check-out (until 14.00), initial supply of soft drinks in the minibar;
- Possibility of "room dining" (without service charge).

PETS: small pets allowed, on request and to notify at booking time, Euro 5,00 per day.

INTERNAL BUS: Euro 0,50 per ride (free for Gold Card and Platinum Card owners).

HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD (on request)

Half Board (per person per day): Euro 15,00 from 28/04 to 14/07 and from 01/09 to 22/10; Euro 20,00 from 14/07 to 01/09.

Full Board (per person per day): Euro 30,00 from 28/04 to 14/07 and from 01/09 to 22/10; Euro 40,00 from 14/07 to 01/09.

This property requires a minimum stay of 4 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day from 04/08 to 25/08 and a minimum stay of 2 nights with arrivals and departures every day in other periods.

Telis is located into the Arbatax Park Resort, in Arbatax (Tortolì), about 150 km from Olbia and Cagliari.

From Cagliari: drive on SS 125 following the directions to Muravera-Tortolì for the main part of your route. Once you arrive in Tortolì, follow the directions to its marina, Arbatax.

From Olbia: drive on SS 131 DCN following the directions to Nuoro-Cagliari for about 50 km; then take the route to Orosei-Dorgali and keep driving on SS125 to Baunei-Tortolì. Once you arrive in Tortolì, follow the directions to its marina, Arbatax.
