B&B Bart: Description
The B&B Bart is situated in the hamlet of Caniga, (Sassari), just 1 km from the city, surrounded by 2.500 square meters of greenery. The B&B offers accommodation in two triple rooms with shared bathroom, equipped with Pay-TV. The spaces dedicated to the B&B (rooms, bathrooms, and breakfast room) are located on the ground floor; the bedrooms are all air-conditioned. The garden is plunged in a grove of pine and carob trees and it offers a gazebo, perfect for relaxation, and a swing suitable for children . Breakfast is served in the lounge inside the house and guests are allowed to use the barbecue on the veranda. The B&B welcomes pets (a dog bed is available on request), has and an indoor parking and there is a riding school at 200 meters. The outlying of Caniga belongs to a huge rural area, rich of olive groves and Mediterranean bushes, where it is still possible to admire typical Sardinian flora and fauna. Guests may ask for an exclusive use of the bathroom.

Payment Policy
10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

B&B Bart: Location & directions
The B&B Bart is situated in Sassari. From Porto Torres follow the signs in direction to the SP34 and drive on that road for 4 km, turn into the SS131 and after 17 km, turn into the local road Mandria di L’Ainu. After 400 meters, you will find the side street n. 5 and the B&B Bart.
From Alghero-Fertilia: follow the signs in direction of the SP291 and and drive on that road for 23 km, turn into the local road La Landrigga. After 2 km you will find the side street n. 5 and the B&B Bart.
From Sassari: follow the signs to the industrial zone Predda Niedda and then to Caniga.
