B&B La Pineta: Description

The B&B La Pineta is located in Cagliari, a few minutes from the historical city centre and from the Poetto beach, very close to the trade fair buildings. Guests will be welcomed in two spacious and comfortable double rooms with balcony, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts. Rooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Breakfast will be served in the bright living room, in a familiar and quiet atmosphere. The B&B is an ideal starting point for those wanting to visit the city, its shops, cafè and restaurants, together with its several monuments and museums, such as the St Remy Bastion, San Pancrazio and Elephant Towers, the Cathedral and the National Archeological Museum. You will have the opportunity then, to easily reach some of the most beautiful seaside resorts of the area, such as Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia on the west coast, and Villasimius and Costa Rei on the east coast.

10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

B&B La Pineta: Location & directions

The B&B La Pineta is located in Cagliari, a few minutes from the historical city centre and from the beach, about 14 Km from Cagliari-Elmas airport and about 3 Km from Cagliari port and train station. From Cagliari-Elmas airport: at the airport exit take the SS130 in the direction of Cagliari-Sant’Avendrace. Drive straight on Viale Elmas, Viale Trieste, Via Roma and Viale Diaz. Turn left into Via Pessina and then right into Via Lovisato. Turn left one last time into Via Enrico Marini, where you will find the B&B La Pineta.
