Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 5 days before check-in.

After this period the following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made 4 to 2 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 1 to 0 days before check-in and no-show, will be charged in full.

The Hotel Borgo Saraceno Residence & SPA is located on a panoramic hill accessed by a highway that connects Palau with Santa Teresa di Gallura.
From Olbia is advisable to take the SS. 125 direction Palau. After about 45 km, turn to Santa Teresa di Gallura, after 6 km turn left towards San Pasquale. Follow the road sign to the Hotel.
