Casa Cagnulari, Cabras

Casa Cagnulari is located in Località Funtana Meiga, on the Sinis peninsula. Set between the small village of Cabras and the tourist resort of Is Arenas, it is a renowned Natural Reserve with an incredible wet area and lagoon, home of thousands of pink flamingos, cormorants, herons and other protected bird species. Within a short distance you can find Is Arutas, better known as 'the beach of the rice grains' for its sand grains made of fine quartz affording a kaleidoscopic effect when playing with the sunshine. Casa Cagnulari is an aprtment located on the first floor and comprises a spacious sea view living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, double room with bunk bed, double room with king size bed, front- and back-yard, sat-TV. The ground floor (same property) is not inhabited. Please notice that tap water is not drinkable, but suitable for all domestic needs.

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Cagnulari is located in Località Funtana Meiga, close to Cabras on the west central coast of Sardinia around 8 km far from Oristano and around 100 km from Cagliari.

From Cagliari: take the SS 131 direction Oristano. Once arrived to Oristano follow the directions to Cabras.
