Casa Costera is located within the pinewood of Is Arenas, near the Sinis Peninsula that, with its coasts, ponds with flamingos, Phoenician-Roman ruins of Tharros and the natural oasis of Seu, ​​is one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Sardinia. This area is famous for its beautiful coast and its incredible wet area and lagoon home of thousands of pink flamingos, cormorants, herons and other protected bird species. Within a short distance the beach of Is Arutas, or better known as 'the beach of the rice grains' for its sand grains made of fine quartz affording a kaleidoscopic effect when playing with the sunshine. Casa Costera comprises a living room with sofa-bed, fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin room with a bunk bed (extra bed available), shower bathroom, veranda, garden, gazebo, swimming pool 10,5 m. x 5,40 m. (available from May to October).

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 200,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 13,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 100,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: not available;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Costera is located in Località Is Arenas around 100 km far from Cagliari.

From Cagliari Airport: take the SS 131 direction Oristano. Once arrived to Oristano follow the directions to Is Arenas.
