Casa Eleonora is situated in Località S’Arena Scoada in the Sinis Peninsula, on the Sardinian western coast, near beautiful sandy beaches. By visiting this area, you will discover one of the most beautiful and important marine reserve in Italy. It is a perfect place for bird watchers, excursions and even sunbathing on the beach. Casa Eleonora is an apartment on two floors, within a small residence, composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single and a twin room, two bathrooms and washing machine.

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Eleonora is located in Località Sa Rocca Tunda, on the west coast of Sardinia, about 100 kilometers from Alghero airport.

From Alghero airport: take the SS292 direction Oristano, until the exit to Putzu Idu and follow the directions to Is Arutas, San giovanni di Sinis.

From Cagliari airport: take the SS131 and drive for about 100 km in the direction of Oristano and afterwards, turn to SP292 towards Putzu Idu and follow the directions to Is Arutas, San giovanni di Sinis.
