Casa Mancini, San Vero Milis

Casa Mancini is located in località Sa Rocca Tunda, on the penisola del Sinis, in the western coast area. By visiting this area, within the Penisola del Sinis and the satellite island of Mal di Ventre, you will discover one of the most beautiful and important marine reserve in Italy. It is a perfect place for bird watchers, excursions and even sunbathing on the beach. Casa Mancini is on two-floors at no more than 20 m. from the beach. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, a double room, a twin bedroom with a third extra-bed , toilet. It has veranda, direct beach access and private parking.

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: not available;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Mancini is located on the west coast of Sardinia, about 100 kilometers from Alghero airport.

From Alghero airport: take the SS292 direction Oristano, until the exit to Putzu Idu and follow the directions to Rocca Tunda.

From Cagliari airport: take the SS131 and drive for about 100 km in the direction of Oristano and afterwards, turn to SP292 towards Sa Rocca Tunda.
