Casa Neem is a typical house located in the centre of Cabras, small town on the west Sardinian coast, on The Oristano Gulf and near the Sinis peninsula which, with its beautiful coasts, ponds with pink flamingos, the evocative Roman-Phoenician remains of Tharros and the naturalistic oasis of Seu, represents one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Sardinia. Casa Neem is composed of a living room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom in the mezzanine, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom, wide garden, TV and washing machine.

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in.
Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Neem is located in Cabras in the central-western coast of Sardinia, 8 km far from the provincial capital of Oristano.

From Cagliari: drive on the SS131, towards Oristano. Once arrived in Oristano, follow the directions to Cabras.
