Casa Stella, San Teodoro

Casa Stella is located in San Teodoro, south of the promontory of Capo Coda Cavallo, just in front of the massive rock of the Island Tavolara. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is composed of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double room, a twin room, a bathroom with shower and two verandas. The house is 2 km far from the sea.

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: not available;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Casa Stella is located in San Teodoro.

From Olbia: follow the signs to Cagliari-Sassari-Nuoro and then take the SS 131 towards Nuoro, exit San Teodoro. At the roundabout sign, take the left road (SS 125) and go to San Teodoro turning right after about 2 km. Alternatively, you can reach San Teodoro through the SS 125, a scenic coastal road.

From Nuoro: take the SS 131 direction north towards Olbia, exit San Teodoro.

From Cagliari and Oristano: take the SS 131 direction north to Abbasanta, then follow the direction Nuoro (131 bis) - Olbia-San Teodoro.
