The nearby seaside resorts and the protected area of the Sinis Penisola and the Maldiventre Island, are ideal if you love sailing, diving and sightseeing. Casetta 4 Timo is composed of a small veranda furnished with two airmchairs and a wicker table, a living room with air conditioning, kitchenette, washing machine, shower bathroom, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a twin bedroom.

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 100,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 10,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 50,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 15,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

From Cagliari: follow the SS131 northbound  towards Oristano-Sassari.

From Olbia: take the SS131dir southbound and follow the directions to Oristano-Cagliari.

From Alghero: take the coastal road SP49 to Bosa and then drive towards Oristano, on the SS292.
