Centro Residenziale Le Canne, San Teodoro

The Residence Le Canne is located in a wide area near the lively centre of San Teodoro (about 700 mt away), where guests will be able to find any kind of services. The property is composed of small residential buildings housing the different kind of apartments, with different locations. All the buildings are situated very close to the wonderful La Cinta beach (from 250 to 700 mt of distance), easily reachable on foot, where it is possible to play several water sports and rent sun-umbrellas, deckchairs and sun-beds. The apartments, furnished in a simple and functional way, are equipped with low bed rooms, TV plug and are located on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with balcony equipped with table and chairs. “C Type” apartments are provided with TV, washing machine, garden with patio or sheltered veranda, both equipped. The property offers then parking facilities next to the apartments.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:

- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards) Euro 35,00 per person per week; it includes consumption and final cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;

- Deposit  Euro 100,00 per apartment.

EXTRA FACULTATIVE SERVICES TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY (rates per week):

- Bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,50 per person per change;

- Bicycle Rental: Euro 35,00;

- Small pets: allowed upon request Euro 49,00

The property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 5 May to 15 June and from 08 September to 13 October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only  Saturday and/or Wednesday in all other seasons.

The Centro Residenziale Le Canne is located in San Teodoro, about 30 km from Olbia.

From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN direction Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit to San Teodoro, SP1 . Follow the road sign to San Teodoro. Once arrived in San Teodoro, turn left to Via Nazionale and then turn right to Via Gramsci.
