The Club Hotel Torre Moresca is located in Cala Ginepro, a beach resort at about 14 Km from the town of Orosei, within a wonderful setting of enchanting coves of fine sand interspersed with pine woods. The hotel stands about 100 metres from the beach: its architectural style, the pinewood in front of the hotel, its gardens and inner squares make the complex one of the prettiest holiday villages on Sardinia.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Children reduction in Studio-Flat with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 3 years in baby cot: free of charge in all seasons;

- Children from 3 and within 8 years in third bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate;

- Children from 8 and within 14 years in third bed: 30% reduction on adult's rate.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellation from 30 to 15 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 14 to 09 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 08 to 04 days before check-in, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 03 to 0 days before check-in, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Club Card: Compulsory from the age of 5, Euro 42,00 per person, per week; the card allows guests to Beach Service (one sun-umbrella and two sunbeds per room, first and second line, which are upon payment, excluded; and by the pool, upon availability); Day & Night entertainment service, Sport facilities: Tennis, Five-a-side football, Gym, etc.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Extra Meals Supplement (per person per day): Euro 25,00 from 28/04 to 23/06 and from 01/09 to 27/10; Euro 30,00 from 23/06 to 04/08 and from 25/08 to 01/09; Euro 35,00 from 04/08 to 25/08;

- Beverages at meals: Wine and water in jug included; all other drinks are upon payment;

- Beach Service: First line, one sun-umbrella and two sunbeds, on request upon availability, Euro 140,00 per week; Second line, one sun-umbrella and two sunbeds, on request upon availability, to be settle on property, Euro 105,00 per week;

- Entertainment: Entertainment and Miniclub from 07/06 to 20/09;

- Transfer (to require at booking time): From/to Olbia airport or port, car for 1/4 people or Minibus for 5/8 people, Euro 40,00 per person (minimum 2 people) each way. Children from 0 and within 2 years, free of charge. Children from 2 and within 6 years, 50% discount. N.B.: In case of no-show, the transfer total amount will be charged in full. Transfer service for just one person: Euro 80,00 each way;

- Pets: Not allowed.

- Prestige room: Accomodation in Central Building, with bathrobe and beach towel, initial equipment of minibar, typical sweets at arrival, two hours per week of free Wi-Fi service, cleaning service in the afternoon, late check-out by 02.00 pm, Euro 15,00 per person per day;

- Stay in Two-rooms Flat reserved for 2 people: 30% supplment from 28/04 to 16/06 and from 08/09 to 27/10; 50% supplement from 16/06 to 08/09.

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day from 28/04 to 16/06 and from 08/09 to 27/10, and a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Thursdays and on Saturdays in other periods.

Located in Cala Ginepro (a tourist and beach area of the Town of Orosei, which is about 14 km away), along the beautiful central-eastern coast of Sardinia.

From Olbia airport or port (about 85 Km): take the SS131 D.C.N. towards Nuoro, turn to Siniscola and follow the SS125 until Orosei.
