20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.



Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

From Cagliari: Follow The S.S. 131 and after Oristano take the second exit to Abbasanta. Turn left to Santu Lussurgiu and follow directions to 'Dominariu Mandra Edera'. The sign is white and green.


From Alghero - Sassari: Follow the S.S 129 to Sassari. Then follow SS 131 and after Macomer turn at Abbasanta - Santu Lussurgiu. Going towards Santu Lussurgiu follow directions to 'Dominariu Mandra Edera'.


From Olbia: Follow the SS 131 dcn direction Nuoro. Then follow SS 131 direction Sassari and take the second exit Abbasanta. Turn left to Santu Lussurgiu and after about 100 meters follow directions to 'Dominariu Mandra Edera'.
