The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will be applied for cancellations by 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations received after this time will incur a charge in the amount of one night's room and tax. No-shows and early departures fee 100% of the total stay.

Check-in time is from 03.00 pm, check-out time is until 12.00 pm. All times are local hotel times. Fees for late check out is 50% of the room rate.

All guests arriving before hotel's check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Guest Services Department can arrange to take care of baggage for those guests arriving prior to hotel's check-in time when rooms are not yet available.

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children up to 2 years old sleeping in a baby cot free of charge;

- Children up to 6 years old sleeping with parents in the same bed free of charge.
