Residence Eucalipti is located on the seafront, at the entrance of Alghero, in the Maria Pia district.
The centre of Alghero is situated less than 2 km away, and there is a bus service to the centre every 30 minutes.
The 3-storey building houses a total of 41 fully furnished apartments. It also features indoor private parking (on request) and an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool) - that guests are free to use at any time.

There are three different types of apartments, sleeping 4, 6 or 8 guests. Stylishly decorated and fully furnished, the apartments come complete with safety deposit box and satellite TV. The apartments are fitted with heating/air conditioning.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires a minimum stay of 4 nights from 01/03 to 15/06 and from 01/09 to 06/11, of 5 nights from 16/06 to 22/07 and from 25/08 to 31/08, of 7 nights in other periods.

Office Hours: 09.30-13.00 / 16.00-19.00

Apartment delivery: from 16.00 to 19.00. Please notify in advance for arrivals after 19.00 hours, in order to arrange the handover of keys.

Check-out: by 10.00 am.

Residence Eucalipti is located in the city of Alghero, on the island of Sardinia, just a few yards from the renowned Lido and Maria Pia beaches.

From Fertilia airport: once out of the airport, turn right in the direction of Alghero, At the crossroads, turn left and continue on the next crossroads. Direction of Alghero, turn right and go straight on to the traffic island, continue along Via Liguria and straight on to the traffic lights. At the next traffic lights, turn left on Via Lido. Gli Eucalipti and Buganvillea Residences are on the left respectively at about 50 and 300 meters.

From Porto Torres: take the SP 42 direction of Alghero and continue on the SS 291 towards Fertilia.
Once reached the traffic island, continue in the direction of Alghero straight on to the second traffic island. Continue along Via Liguria and straight on to the traffic lights. At the next traffic lights, turn left on Via Lido. Gli Eucalipti and Buganvillea Residences are on the left respectively at about 50 and 300 meters.

From Olbia port or airport: Towards Sassari on to the SS 131, take the Alghero-Fertilia exit and continue in the direction of Alghero. At the end of the dual carriageway, turn right along the SS 291 towards Fertilia.
Once reached the traffic island, continue in the direction of Alghero, straight on to the traffic island. Continue along Via Liguria and straight on to the traffic lights. At the next traffic lights, turn left on Via Lido. Gli Eucalipti and Buganvillea Residences are on the left respectively at about 50 and 300 meters.
