The Hotel Baia del Porto is located in Porto Ottiolu, in a lively resort on the north eastern coast of Sardinia, between 400 and 600 meters from the sea. The recently built complex, immersed in a beautiful landscape and equipped with every comfort, offers the guests a pleasant and relaxing stay. The architectural style with a Mediterranean touch, the use of natural and fine materials, the wood, stone and granite trimmings are the main characteristics of this property. The Hotel consists of a main building on two levels, where some of the rooms and the main services are located, and of a villa row on the ground floor, with most of the rooms. In the villa row there are also the Sun Suites, rooms with a large covered terrace with sea view and equipped with sun beds, chairs and a table and can be reached via an outside staircase. Rooms for disabled people on disposal. There are also available comfortable apartments for families and groups of friends, furnished in a simple and functional way (the Sun suite rooms and the apartments are available on request). The restaurant offers a menu with regional and national dishes; a swimming pool equipped with sun umbrellas and sun chairs, a children’s pool and a tennis court are at guest’s disposal.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

Club Card: Adults Euro 35,00 per person per week, children 4-11 years Euro 17,50 per person per week, children 0-3 years free. The Club Card includes day and evening entertainment, games, competitions, evening shows, children playground, equipped beach, collective swimming, aerobics and Latin-American dances courses.  For younger guests (4-11 years) there are plays, activities and many surprises.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Sundays.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Infant from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge in baby cot (maximum 1 per room);

- Children from 2 and within 12 years: free of charge in third bed; 50% reduction on adult's rate in fourth, fifth and sixth bed from 10/06 to 09/09, free of charge in the remaining periods.

Distances: from Cagliari airport and seaport about 250 km; from Olbia airport and seaport about 30 km; from Alghero airport about 155 km; from Porto Torres seaport about 140 km; from Golfo Aranci seaport about 45 km.

From Olbia: drive on the SS 131DCN and then take the exit for San Teodoro or Budoni, the exit Agrustos.
