All villas (from 4 to 6 beds) have en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, telephone and TV. The hotel offers a friendly and discreet entertainment (from 15/06 to 15/09) for a quiet vacation, surrounded by a wonderful unspoilt nature of Sardinia. Swimming, archery, five-a-side football and beach volleyball are some of the activities you can practice during your stay.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children 0-1 year: Euro 19,00 per day (to settle on property, baby cot and meals, according to menu, included);

- Children 2-5 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate;

- Children 6-11 years: 25% reduction on adult's rate.

Following penalty charges will be applied:

- Cancellations up to 14 days before the check-in: no penalty will be applied;

- Cancellations from 13 to 8 days before the check-in: 50% of the total booking will be charged;

- Cancellations from 7 to 0 days before the check-in or no-shows: 100% of booking will be charged.

- Compulsory Tourist Tax (from 01/06 to 30/09): Euro 1,50 per person per day, from 14 years old.

- Weekly forfeit: Euro 29,00 per person per week, from 6 years old; it includes bath towels and bed linen with weekly change, water and electricity consumption;

- Final cleaning: Two-rooms apartment Euro 59,00, Three-rooms apartment Euro 79,00;

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment.

From Cagliari: drive to Capoterra SS 195, continue straight through the town of Pula. After the straight stretch of Pula, turn left, take Viale Chia and follow the SP 71; drive through Chia up to the beach of Tuarredda. Continue through Cape Malfatano and, after a series of curves along the stunning south coast, you will arrive at Resort Baia delle Ginestre at the 19th kilometer.
