20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.



Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 3 years: free of charge if sharing the bed with parents (meals on consumption); Cot at Euro 35,00 per day from 01/04 to 23/06 and from 02/09 to 13/10, Euro 50,00 per day from 24/06 to 01/09;

- Children from 3 and within 12 years in extra-bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.



Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
