Il Viandante is placed in the centre of San Teodoro, near Olbia, just a few metres far from the main square of the village. It’s possible to reach easily the most beautiful beaches of the area such as “La Cinta” and “Cala d’Ambra” (800 metres far from the hotel) and wonderful places of Sardinia such as Costa Smeralda, Nuoro, Ogliastra, Cagliari and Sassari.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

By car from Olbia:
Take the coastal state road SS125 from Olbia in the direction Nuoro and continue for about 23 km until you arrive in San Teodoro. Please join the centre of the town and you'll soon join our Hotel.
From Alghero and Sassari:
Please take road number 131 towards and soon towards Olbia. From Olbia, always on the road 131, please take road in Nuoro direction until San Teodoro.
From Cagliari:
Please take road number 131 in Nuoro direction. After Nuoro, you'll join San Teodoro in 75 km.
