20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children 0/2 years not completed: Euro 15,00 per day to settle on property, including meals and a cot (in case of own cot as well);

- Children 2/16 years not completed: 50% reduction.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Pets: Small pets are to be reported at the time of booking Euro 35.00 per week;

This property requires a minimum stay of 4 nights, of 7 nights from 21/07 to 01/09 with arrivals and departures  Wednesdays and Saturdays.
