A perfect set for both business and leisure stays. The Hotel is within 1,500 metres from the beach and only a few steps away from downtown Orosei. Among its facilities a smimming pool suitable for both adults and children, a Restaurant serving tipical regional cuisine and a Pizzeria. All rooms are located on a two story building, with balcony, air-conditioning and heating, direct dial phone, TV, minibar and safe.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 12 years, in baby cot or third bed: free of charge;

- Children from 0 and within 12 years in fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellation from 30 to 15 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 14 to 09 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 08 to 04 days before check-in, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 03 to 0 days before check-in, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Beach Service (to require at booking time): Euro 10,00 per person per day; it includes transfer, one sun umbrella and two sunbeds per room; children from 0 and within 8 years are free of charge;

- Transfer (to require at booking time): From/to Olbia airport or port, car for 1/4 people or Minibus for 5/8 people, Euro 40,00 per person (minimum 3 people) each way. Children from 0 and within 2 years free of charge. Children from 2 and within 6 years 50% discount. N.B.: In case of no-show, the transfer total amount will be charged in full. Transfer service for just one person or two people Euro 120,00 each way. For transfers at night (from 20.00 to 7.30) supplement of Euro 40,00 per car, each way;

- Extra Meals: Euro 25,00 per person from 01/01 to 22/06 and from 07/09 to 31/12; Euro 30,00 per person from 22/06 to 03/08 and from 24/08 to 07/09; Euro 35,00 per person from 03/08 to 24/08;

- Pets: Not allowed.

SUPPLEMENTS

- Prestige Room: Accomodation in Pool view room, with bathrobe and beach towel, initial equipment of minibar, typical sweets at arrival, two hours per week of free Wi-Fi service, cleaning service in the afternoon, late check-out by 02.00 pm: Euro 15,00 per person per day;

- Easter Supplementr: From Good Friday to Easter Monday (included), Euro 25,00 per person per day;

- New Year Supplement: From 30/12 to 02/01 (included), Euro 25,00 per person per day (New Year's Eve dinner not included).

The Hotel Maria Rosaria is located in the heart of Orosei, seaside locality on the central-eastern coast of Sardinia in the Orosei Gulf. It is 90 km far away from Olbia, and 41 km from Nuoro.

From Olbia: drive on SS131 DCN towards Nuoro/Cagliari until the exit to Budoni/Posada. Continue on SS125 and follow the directions to Orosei.
