Hotel Perda Rubia is a modern building located in the south-west coast of Sardinia, rich in archaeological sites and museums. The Perda Rubia is just ten minutes by car from beautiful beaches and 5 minutes from the town centres of Sant'Antioco, Portoscuso, Carbonia, San Giovanni Suergiu. Five-a-side football pitch, a tennis court and private parking are also available to customers. The restaurant has a large dining room and offers typical regional fish dishes.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:

- Infants 0-2 years are free when sharing bed with parents;

- Baby-cot  (on request, to pay on arrival) Euro 5.00 per day;

- Third and fourth additional beds 40% discount on adult's rate.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
