The Nido dei Gabbiani is a very exclusive place: only 16 flats for people who love quiet and privacy.
Wide rooms  arranged in a very ergonomic way enhance the functionality of the design, and the wide windows allow a direct contact with nature.

Your "Nest" has been designed   to satisfy all needs: wide rooms and halls, internal room sharing from one to three, double bathrooms, double entrances to allow the total availability of spaces, private gardens from 200 to 1500 square meters and everything needed by the freedom of a seagull.....

The Comfort housing units, located in the heart of the resort, are equipped with "open air", suitably equipped with outdoor shower and paved and covered veranda. Comfortable, bright, quiet and well furnished.
The villas Plus, cleverly embedded in the park are equipped, with all comforts, private garden and parking for exclusive use.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Following penalty charges will be applied:

- For cancellations up to 30 days before check-in no penalty charge will be applied;

- For cancellations from 29 to 20 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- For cancellations from 19 to 9 days before check-in 50% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- Cancellations from 8 days before check-in will be charged in full.

No-shows, cancellations, changes of booking, reductions in the lenght of stay and early departures are considered as Cancellations.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Service Forfeit: per apartment/week Euro 133,00 in Studio Flat, Euro 189,00 in Two-room apartment, Euro 231,00 in Three-room apartment. It includes: consumption of electricity, water, gas; n. 2 weekly set of bed linen and bath towels;

- Check-out cleaning: Studio Flat Euro 42,00, Two-room apartment Euro 63,00, Three-room apartment Euro 84,00 (Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care not to incure in Euro 50,00 extra charge, taken directly from the deposit);

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests's home address.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking, to settle on property)

- Linen change:bed Euro 15,00 per person/change, bath Euro 15,00 per person/change;

- Baby cot (0/3 years old) Euro 49,00 per week from 17/03 to 09/06 and from 01/09 to 03/11, Euro 84,00 in other periods;

- Daily cleaning: Euro 15,00 per hour (at least an hour);

- Pets allowed except on the beach and in the common areas. Possibility of rental equipment for water, food and disposable cleaning kit Euro 28,00. Weekly price for extra cleaning: small height (up to 10 kg) Euro 63,00, medium height (up to 22 kg) Euro 84,00, large height (0ver kg 22) Euro 119,00;

- Beach service (from 02/06 to 15/09): Euro 70,00 per week (according to availability) a sun umbrella +  sun chairs or beds per apartment;

- Transfer - Apt/Olbia Euro 60,00 up to 2 pax, collective Euro 30,00 per pax. From 10.00 p.m. to 06.00 a.m. supplement of 20%. Supplement port Golfo Aranci Euro 6,00. Child 0/2 years old free of charge. Prices are per each way.

- Service: c/o Bar-Restaurant-Pizzeria "Il Maestrale", in the residence, Italian breakfast Euro 7,00 per day/person, Half board per week (at choice lunch or dinner, beverages not included) adults Euro 210,00 and children 3/15 years old Euro 105,00. This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights from 07/07 to 17/08 with arrivals and departures Saturdays, of 3 nights in other periods.

The apartments will be delivered from 17.00 to 19.30. Arrivals after 19.30 must be communicated in advance, otherwise supplement of Euro 50,00 for non-communication.

Check-out is by 10.00.

The port of Palau is only 5 minutes far from the Residence Nido dei Gabbiani, the port of Santa Teresa di Gallura only 20 minutes, Olbia and Golfo Aranci are located approximately 35 minutes.

By ferry: Civitavecchia - Olbia, Genova - Olbia, Genova - Palau, Napoli - Palau, Civitavecchia - G. Aranci; Bonifacio - Santa Teresa di Gallura.

By plane: Olbia is connected with the main Italian and European airports.
