The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Baby cot 0-2 years, sharing the room with the parents. Price per cot and day: Euro 10,00, excluded period from 29/06 to 20/09 Euro 15,00.

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Cancellation until 30 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- Cancellation from 29 to 14 days before the arrival date: no penalty; 30% penalty for reservations in the period from 09/02 to 28/06 and from 21/09 to 06/01 to which have been applied special offers;

- Cancellation from 13 to 8 days before the arrival date: no penalty; 60% penalty for reservations in the period from 09/02 to 28/06 and from 21/09 to 06/01 to which have been applied special offers;

- Cancellation from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty in all cases.

Included in the price:
beach and pool services from 01/06/13 to 30/09/2013, umbrella-sun bed, beach towel (change twice a week), private parking, safe, Internet free, satellite TV, air conditioning.

Tourist tax (not included in the price and to be paid on property):
Euro 1,00 per person per day from 01/07 to 31/07, Euro 1,50 per person per day from 01/08 to 31/08. Excluding children under 13, over 65, disabled and helper.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:
- Transfers to/from the port or airport - from/to Muravera and Villasimius - other areas.
- Rental: canoe, surfing, water skiing, water moto, rubber dinghy, paddle boat, sailing or motor boats with skipper and crew, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, cars, bikes, scooters, quads.
- Riding stables nearby, with the possibility to attend lessons and do horse riding along the beach, hiking or nature trails in the countryside.
- Diving center, with the possibility of learning courses and guided dives and snorkeling along the bottoms of the beautiful coastline. Night dives, dives to wreck, underwater films, authorized tecnical assistance, cylinders recharge.
- Boat trips to the islands, to the beautiful bays of the coast from Capo Ferrato to the beaches of Villasimius and the Marine Park of Serpentara, lunch on board included.

The hotel is located about 350 meters from the beautiful beach with fine white sand of the Costa Rei, 20 km from Villasimius and 65km from Cagliari.

From the airport of Cagliari: take the SS 554 in the direction of Villasimius and go next to the panoramic road SP 17. Reaching Solanas, turn left to the SS 125, which will guide you to the Costa Rei.

From the port of Cagliari: follow the direction towards Villasimius / Poetto until the SP 17. Reaching Solanas, turn left to the SS 125, which will guide you to the Costa Rei.
