Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.



Child Policy

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge in the same bed with parents.

- Children from 2 and within 6 years in baby cot or third bed: Euro 15,00 per day with Bed and Breakfast, Euro 8,00 per day with Half Board.

- Children from 6 years (and adults) in third bed: Euro 25,00 per day with Bed and Breakfast, Euro 26,00 per day with Half Board.



Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Hotel S'Olia: Location & directions

The Hotel S'Olia is located in Cardedu, in Località Perdu Pilu, on the beautiful Sardinian eastern coast, only 20 Km from Arbatax and its port.


From Olbia port/airport: follow the SS131 DCN for about 100 Km until the exit to Nuoro. Keep driving on the SS 389 for 60 Km and, after having crossed Lanusei, follow the directions to Cardedu.


From Cagliari airport/port: drive on the SS 125 in the direction of Muravera, then turn left and keep driving on the SS 125 towards Tortolì. You will find Cardedu about 15 Km before reaching Tortolì.
