The Hotel San Teodoro is located in one of the funniest and youngest corners of the eastern coast of Sardinia, a few minutes away from the village of San Teodoro, where you can enjoy around shopping places and dance in some of trendiest discos in Sardinia. And for sports lovers, it is possible to practise tennis and beach volley directly at the hotel. The hotel's reception staff is happy to help guests with information, suggestions and bookings for interesting excursions in this wonderful island.
Hotel San Teodoro is located in Baduaglia, next to the main highway to Olbia, Costa Smeralda and the major beaches of North Sardinia.
The property, recently renovated with a new design concept, shows an architecture with simple lines, while the interiors were designed in a minimalist style, creating an atmosphere of comfort and quietness, away from any hustle.
The 80 rooms are the perfect union between mediterranean and modern style, with cozy and comfortable furnishings in a relaxing ambience. All rooms provide large verandas or balconies, direct telephone, TV with SKY, minibar, safe, free Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer, air conditioning and bathrooms with shower.
The restaurant proposes a variety of specialities of the Mediterranean and international cuisine, to be tasted in a familiar and minimal design ambience. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and mouth watering selection of pastries, salted dishes and seasonal fruits. Dinner consists of a tasteful degustation of a buffet menu with three choices, including a variety of typical Mediterranean dishes with entrée, first and second courses, fruit and dessert. For lunch a delicate buffet light lunch with vegetables, fish and meat dishes created by the chef.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 8 years: free of charge (free baby cot on request);

- Children from 9 to 15 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (upon reservation)

- Shuttle Service to and from the beach of La Cinta: Euro 3,00 per person (return trip);

- Evening Shuttle Service to and from the center of San Teodoro: Euro 4,00 per person (return trip);

- Tennis Court: Euro 10,00 per hour (morning), Euro 15,00 per hour (night).

Hotel San Teodoro: Location & directions

From Olbia: follow the signs to Cagliari, Sassari, Nuoro and then take the SS 131 towards Nuoro, exit San Teodoro. At the roundabout sign take the left road (SS 125) and go to San Teodoro turning right after about 2 km. Alternatively, you can reach San Teodoro through the SS 125, a scenic coastal road.

From Nuoro: take the SS 131 direction north towards Olbia, exit San Teodoro.

From Cagliari and Oristano: take the SS 131 direction north to Abbasanta, then follow the direction Nuoro (131 bis) - Olbia-San Teodoro.
