The Hotel San Teodoro is located in one of the funniest and youthful places of the east coast of Sardinia, a few minutes from the quaint village of San Teodoro and only 2 km away from the famous beaches of "La Cinta" and "Cala d'Ambra".
The property is nestled between the green of the Mediterranean scrub in a modern architecture that blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment, offering its guests all the charm and magic of Sardinia, in an atmosphere of peace away from all frenzy.

The hotel has a large and welcoming hall, a modern restaurant with local and international cuisine, a bar with outdoor loggia overlooking the garden and the surrounding Kids Area with a kids club and various entertainment. It is also provided with unattended parking and shuttle service to the beaches and for the famous tourist village of San Teodoro, where are available shops, restaurants, clubs and all essential services.

A pleasant walk in the countryside leads to the tennis courts and swimming pool, where umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for free. Moreover it is possible to attend many hiking trails and tours, for different types and interest, as the Protected Marine Area with the island of Tavolara, the gardens of Punta Molara, Coda Cavallo and Puntaldia, or in the hinterland the massif of Mount Nieddu and Supramonte Orgosolo.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 9 years (not completed): free of charge;
- Children from 9 to 16 years (not completed): reduction of 50% on adult's rate.

EXTRA COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE SETTLED AT THE PROPERTY:
- Compulsory Club Card from 05/05 to 30/09: Euro 42,00 per person per week; Euro 21,00 Euro for children from 4 to 16 years.
The price includes: the use of the swimming pool, tennis court, shuttle service to the beaches and to the center of San Teodoro (evening service), Wi-Fi, Sky, piano bar, mini club from 15/06 to 15/09.
- Baby Cot: Free.
- Meals not eaten will not be compensated and/or not refunded. For meals not provided and not reserved at the time of booking, extra charge of Euro 20,00.

From Olbia: follow the signs to Cagliari, Sassari, Nuoro and then take the SS 131 towards Nuoro, exit San Teodoro. At the roundabout sign take the left road (SS 125) and go to San Teodoro turning right after about 2 km. Alternatively, you can reach San Teodoro through the SS 125, a scenic coastal road.

From Nuoro: take the SS 131 direction north towards Olbia, exit San Teodoro.

From Cagliari and Oristano: take the SS 131 direction north to Abbasanta, then follow the direction Nuoro (131 bis) - Olbia-San Teodoro.
