Children reduction when sharing with two adults:

- from 0 and within 3 years old Euro 10,00 per day for the baby cot (on request), meals upon consumption (Euro 15,00 per meal) to settle on property.

- from 3 and within 12 years old from 40% to 30% reduction on adult rate depending on the season.

Following penalty charges will be applied:

- For cancellations made from 15 to 8 days before check-in 50% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- For cancellations made from 7 to 4 days before check-in 75% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- Cancellations made from 3 to 0 days before check-in, no-show and early departures will be charged in full (100%).

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 19/05 to 08/06 and from 15/09 to 30/09, of 7 nights from 09/06 to 14/09.

The Stella Maris Hotel is located on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 48 Km east of Cagliari, next to Campulongu Bay.

From Cagliari airport: drive on SS554 and follow directions to Villasimius.
