Hotel Tanca de su Scusorgiu, whose name means "the hiding of the treasure", is a modern structure, immersed into the Mediterranean landscape, in a green oasis and near the sea (2km), where taste, tradition and culture meet each other as basic values. This is the ideal place for a quiet and relaxed holiday. The hotel has various types of apartments, some are available as a hotel form, but only on request at time of booking. The restaurant is open from 10/06 to 09/10/2011.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Forfeit (water, electricity, gas): Euro 5,00 per day per person over 3 years;

- Final cleaning: Euro 40,00 for the sudio-flat, Euro 45,00 for the two-rooms apartment;

- TV Hire: Euro 3,00 per day per apartment;

- Air conditioning: Euro 7,00 per day per apartment;

- Deposit:  Euro 150,00 that will be refunded on departure;

- Lack of cleaning of the kitchen: Euro 35,00 per apartment.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Baby cot: Euro 5,00 per day (to be requested at the time of booking);

- Linen (bedroom and bathroom): Euro 1,50 per day per person (on request at the time of booking); kitchen linen not available;

- Extra bed: Euro 10,00 per day (to be requested at the time of booking);

- Daily cleaning: Euro 15.00 per day;

- Pets: only small pets allowed, Euro 35,00 per week;

- Weekly cleaning : Euro 20,00.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure only on Saturdays from 03/06 to 08/09, and a minimum stay of 3 nights with arrival and departure every day in the remaining periods.

The Hotel Residence is located in Marina di Cardedu, in the place of Su Scusorgiu, about 20 km from Arbatax, 178 km from Olbia, 210 km from Porto Torres and 120 km from Cagliari.

From Olbia port/airport: follow the SS131 DCN for about 100 Km until the exit to Nuoro. Keep driving on the SS 389 for 60 Km and, after having crossed Lanusei, follow the directions to Cardedu.

From Cagliari airport/port: drive on the SS 125 in the direction of Muravera, then turn left and keep driving on the SS 125 towards Tortolì. You will find Cardedu about 15 Km before reaching Tortolì.
