The Hotel Tupei Resort is a recently built property, opened in June 2007 and extending over a park of 16 hectares where to enjoy beautiful trekking or mountain bikes itineraries or just some jogging, surrounded by the colours and the perfumes of the Mediterranean bush. The property is about 2 km from the beach and it is easily reachable by a complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel at pre-arranged hours. The Tupei Resort also features a swimming pool with dedicated area for children, an equipped playground, a bowling green, a massage area, a restaurant and a pizzeria also open to external guests. The restaurant is housed inside a spacious dining room with pool-view glass windows, offering a wide choice of typical local and Italian dishes. The 26 rooms, including 2 interconnecting ones, suitable for families, are furnished in typical Sardinian style. They have independent access, a balcony with panoramic view and they are equipped with mini-bar, telephone, TV, air-conditioning and hairdryer. The Hotel offers the possibility to rent mountain bikes, cars and motorbikes on spot and to book unforgettable fishing boat excursions to Sant’Antioco and San Pietro islands during which guests can observe and practice different fishing methods and enjoy, directly on board, their catch of the day.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.



Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing a double room with two adults:

- Infant from 0 and within 2 years old: free of chare in baby cot;

- Children from 2 and within 6 years old: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

 



Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

From Cagliari: drive on SS130 towards Carbonia, then follow the signs to Sant'Antioco/Calasetta.
