The apartments I Borghi di Ottiolu are located in small building complexes in the first and second floor. According to the taste of the owners they are simply and functional furnished, and a few of them have a small kitchenette. Some of the apartments are located 400 to 1200 meters away from the sea, others near the port and some on the hills surrounding the village Ottiolu. They are harmoniously inserted into their environment and provide an ideal option for all, who wish a seaside holiday combined with nature and a lot of fun. Not far away from the apartments, there are several bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pubs, wine shops, bakeries, craft shops and boutiques.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- A weekly fee of  Euro 35,00 per person per week (from 3 years old). This fee includes the electricity, water and gas consumption.

- Final cleaning (kitchen area and dishes not included): Studio Euro 40.00, two-room apartment Euro 46,00, three-room apartment Euro 51.00 (penalty for failure to clean the kitchen area and dishes  Euro 26,00), per apartment.

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking)

- Bed sheets and towels Euro 12,00 per person per change

- Only bed sheets or only towels Euro 7,00 per person per change.

- Baby cot (0-3 years) Euro 26.00 per week.

- Pets: not allowed
