Residence Borgo di Punta Manara is located in the Gulf of Marinella at just 5 Km from the famous and stylish resort of Porto Rotondo and a few steps away from the beach, the marina and the serveral entertainment facilities of the area. Residence Borgo di Punta Manara is a new property and comprises a series of independent blocks pooled around its square featuring a church and some shops.

The whole area around alternates white sandy beaches with rocky coves reachable by small paths surrounded by thick, green Mediterranean bush while the Residence Borgo di Punta Marana is right in front of the beautiful white, sandy beach of La Marinella providing two dedicated areas for its guests (fully equipped and operational between 03/06 and 16/09, although access is all year around).

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:

- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards; as well for short stays): Euro 63,00 per person per week (until 03/06 and from 16/09); Euro 77,00 in all other seasons; it includes utilities, bed and bathroom linen with home delivery weekly change, TV, dishwasher and washing machine equipment, check-out cleaning, 15% discount on tennis courts and five-a-side soccer fields rates; Beach service:  including 1 sun-umbrella + 2 sun-chairs on the two sandy private beaches. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;

- Deposit Euros 100,00 per apartment.

EXTRA FACULTATIVE SERVICES TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY (rates per week):

- Midweek bed or bathroom linen: Euros 10,00 per person per change;

- Extra bed (not allowed in Mono 3) supplement of 10%;

- Baby Cot: Euro 35,00 ( no supplement if brought by the guest; max.1 per apartment).

The property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 1 April to 16 June and from 9 September to 28 October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only  Sundays and/or Wednesdays in all other seasons.

The Hotel is located on the Gulf of La Marinella. Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are 5 Km and 33 Km far away respectively. Arzachena is about 27 Km, while Golfo Aranci and Olbia are about 10 and 12 Km away.

From Olbia airport/port: drive towards north-east on the SS 125 until the junction with the SP 16. Follow then the directions to the Località Marinella.
