Le Dimore di Golfo Aranci are nothing more than an accurate choice of apartments spread throughout the town of Golfo Aranci, a perfect place where you can spend quiet and relaxing evenings, but at the same time due to its location you can reach places where the fun and worldliness are at home. Porto Rotondo, with its squares, bars and discos is just 8 km away, and Porto Cervo only 25 km. Despite the presence of the marina, Golfo Aranci boasts crystal-clear stretches of water with breathtakingly beautiful bottoms and fine white sand. The apartments are new and tastefully furnished. They are equipped with garden and covered veranda, on the ground floor, or a covered terrace, on the first floor. Some with sea view, sat TV and washing machine. In the village there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets. Not far, on payment: small boats dock. On the beach, on payment, you can rent pedal boats and jet skis, windsurf boards, beach umbrellas and sunbeds. In the surroundings there are nightclubs for an intense social life. Distance from the sea: from 20 to 400 m.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation following penalties will apply:

- 10% of the total booking up to 31 days before check-in

- 20% of the total booking from 30 to 23 days before check-in

- 50% of the total booking from 22 to 9 days before check-in

- 75% of the total booking  from 8 to 4 days before check-in

- 100% of the total booking  from 3 to 0 days before check-in

- 100% for no-show.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly forfeit: from 3 years old, Euro 35,00 per person per week. Price includes electricity, water, gas consumptions. All children from 0 to 3 years old must show their passport/identity card at check-in;

- Check-out Cleaning: Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer, otherwise supplement of Euro 50,00. Two-rooms apartment 2/3 Euro 50,00; Two-rooms aparment 4 Euro 60,00; Three-rooms apartment 4 Euro 70,00; Three-rooms apartment 6 Euro 80,00;

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 totally refundable at check-out. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by post to the guests' home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at time of booking)

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Extra bed: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Small pets: admitted on request with a 30,00 Euro check-out cleaning supplement;

- Bed Linen and bath towels (per person, per week): Bed linen Euro 10,00; Bath towels Euro 10,00;

- Bathrobe Euro 10,00;

- Linen kit: Euro 25,00 per person per week; it includes bed set, 3 towels set + bathrobe .

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with free arrivals and departures.

Check-in at 17.00, check-out at 10.00. For arrivals after 21.30 (reception’s closing time), guests have to communicate their arrival time. An extra charge of Euro 50,00 will be applied for not communicated arrivals after closing time.

From Airport and port of Olbia: take the SP82 towards Golfo Aranci, cross Punta Pedrosa, turn right and go to Golfo Aranci. Continue on Via Libertà, turn right into Viale Conca Caddinas andthen on Via degli Iris, where the Dimore di Golfo Aranci are situated.
