Le Nereidi Residence is in a panoramic position, a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the National Park of La Maddalena and just 1 km away from the town centre. The Residence is surrounded by nature, with ist clear sea, its incredibly white beaches and its enchanting bays. It is the ideal destination for divers and water sport lovers in general, and for those looking for a relaxing holiday, far away from every-day routine. The Residence has 30 completely refurnished apartments, housed inside three terraced units, on three floors. The property has a restaurant (open from 1 May to 30 September), a pool-view terrace, shared with the pizzeria and the Mini-Club (entrance upon payment), a internet-point, a swimming pool with solarium and sun-beds, two meeting-rooms, day & night entertainment, free five-a-side football field located 100 mt from the hotel, tennis court and a playground for children. Just 300 mt from the hote the beach and cliffs of Punta Tegge and Nido d’Aquila. Caprera island is easily reachable by car while, to enjoy the wonderful panorama of the other archipelago islands, a zodiac or boat excursion is recommended.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at departure after checking the status of the apartment. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address;

- Weekly forfeit: Euro 55,00 per person per week from 3 years old for electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe, linen, courtesy kit, towels, swimming pool, solarium, tennis courts during the day;

- Final cleaning: Euro 45,00 for One-room Apartment; Euro 55,00 for Two-room Apartment; Euro 65,00 for Three-room Apartement. Cleaning of the kitchen to be made by the customer, otherwise there will be a 50,00 Euro supplement.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at time of booking)

- Outdoor parking: Euro 3,00 per day.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day from 14/07 to 01/09 and a minimum stay of 5 nights with check-in and check-out every day in other periods.
Late arrivals (after 22.00 o'clock) should be announced earlier.
